Description

With a striking button detailed headboard and matching footboard the Marquis bed is the perfect statement piece.

The Marquis bed is upholstered in a luxurious grey velvet and features a beautiful tufted detailing headboard.

The ottoman base with gas lift arms gives the Marquis a gorgeous style with a practical edge. The gas piston strength on this frame is 600 N and can support mattresses up to the weight of 45 kg.

Featuring a sprung slatted base to give natural bounce, this bed adjusts to where pressure is most exerted for greater comfort.

Add a touch of elegance to any style bedroom with the Marquis Bed.

The maximum mattress weight to be used is 50kg.

Please note: Birlea beds are only suitable for a UK standard size mattress and the recommended maximum mattress height is 320mm.

Delivery Instructions

Our vendor offers a one man and a two-man direct home delivery service.

All direct home delivery orders will be booked in directly with the customer by the delivery department of our vendor, and we aim to give as much notice as possible, with 3 days being the minimum.
Customers will be contacted a maximum of 3 times to arrange the delivery.
Answerphone messages will be left when available.
You will have up to 5 days to get back in touch to arrange the delivery.
If, after 5 days, the customer has not been back in touch retailers will be contacted to advise the order has been cancelled.

The customer will be contacted by phone and will be advised of a delivery date with an all-day slot of 8AM – 4PM.

We also offer the facility to call the customer an hour to half an hour before delivery is due if this is required.

Please note that all deliveries made on our direct home delivery service, does NOT include any unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging.

To protect the safety of your customer’s goods, it is compulsory all deliveries are to be signed for.

If for any reason you are not at the delivery address within the time slot confirmed, our driver
may, for your convenience, attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour to avoid disappointment however we CANNOT leave the item in a safe place e.g. garages, sheds or porches.

Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
